  This dentist is way over prized, The dentist was rude to my wife and also to my son (6 years old). The only reason I went there because I was referred to go there by my dentist for my son's first cavity.

  The employees at Tooth Zone Kids were all so wonderful with my little boy, Hendrix. At 11 days old, I had to bring him in due to a neonatal tooth that was present and causing him extreme discomfort. Being a first time mother, I was extremely satisfied with leaving Hendrix in Dr. Matthew's care.

  This is the only place I would take a child for a dentist appointment. They are dedicated to and specialized in pediatric dentistry and actually make our trips to the dentist something my girls (2 and 5) look forward to every time! They are wonderful at explaining the procedures, dental hygiene and equipment to kids: everything has a special name ("thirsty straw" for the spit sucker) and the facility itself is just so kid friendly it might as well be Jump2It for my kids (TV shows they actually want to watch while in the chair like Moana, Dora, Paw Patrol etc.; fun prizes they pick from after their visit; bright fun walls/ themed rooms and a Wii and play area in the lobby!). I have enjoyed every hygienist that we've seen there (3 different ones so far) and Dr. Mathew is knowledgeable, efficient and competent and most of all trustworthy. I'm completely flabbergasted by any negative reviews on here and would encourage you to find out for yourself how much your kids can love the dentist by trying ToothZone Kids.

  I brought my daughter in after we moved from out of province. I didn't expect there to be much work that needed to be done as it was just a check up. Unfortunately, they informed me that my daughter needed five extractions and spacers put in. I can't express how grateful I am to Toothzone Kids and their excellent staff for finding the problems in her teeth and setting up a care plan that we were comfortable with. My daughter loves going to the dentist thanks to Toothzone Kids! They are THE BEST and are highly recommended by myself and my daughter!

  an hour before one of my child's appointments I received a call informing me that I would be paying almost double than original plan for my child's procedure even when he has 80% coverage through another parent plan. However my child was on two plans but one was canceled last month.Obviously it was unexpected and I could not understand why it was going to cost 'so much' for fillings when my own 80% coverage I pay less than a 100$ when I walk out of my dentist. She informed me paediatric specialists charge a bit more. Other than that the staff seemed friendly and we're helping, but not in this sudden situation at 830am.

  I will strongly recommand bringing your little ones in, if you have any questions or concerns they will guide you through every step. .
