I've been long time customer of Gymboree for years, they have some adorable clothing. One of their sales associates Sandra is just wonderful as well as some of their other employees. I recently had a horrible customer service experience however, I purchased a hat there and it showed up at the full price even though the rest were marked down to half the price. When I went to exchange it the manager said even though it was the same hat only the 6-12 month and not the 0-12 month was on sale, and because I used gymbucks towards the purchase there was nothing she could do for me and would not honor the difference or allow it to be used towards other merchandise. I thought the whole thing was pretty ridiculous and was not impressed at all at how zero effort was made to rectify the situation. If you have two identical products side by side and decide only one should be half price, then maybe it would be a smart idea to move them. Common sense or what?
