  I have gotten their help on a three different cars of mine and they have always been outstanding. They haven't ever tried pushing something I didn't need but they have informed me about wear on parts that they noticed while doing other work. Great guys and I plan to keep using them.

  I went to RPM to have a check-engine light read and its underlying issue dealt with. I was informed that several engine components would need to be replaced and that it would cost around $500, on top of the $190 that it cost to diagnose the issue. Something seemed a little fishy, so I went to my VW dealer instead.. The issue ended up only being a simple software update that cost me practically nothing. The mechanics at RPM took me to my vehicle and (in hindsight) blatantly lied about the supposed mechanical issues it had. I'm thoroughly disgusted by their 'service' and hope that this review will prevent any would-be customers from taking their business to RPM.

  Just wanted to say that I'm extremely thankful to Mike and his staff for the incredible service they always provide! I've been stuck a few times with vehicle issues and they have gone out of their way to accommodate me with solutions even if it means staying after hours to resolve the problem. And I would like to highly recommend this business to everyone!! Thanks again Mike!

  The staff are true professionals. You can be sure that if it needs to be fixed they will fix it right and if it doesnt they wont try to gouge you for unnecessary work. Great team.
