  Expert, helpful staff who did not talk down to me or make me feel uneasy, despite my lack of automotive knowledge. Despite being told what I had budgeted for the repairs they did, they did not take advantage of me, and repaired my vehicle for about one-third of what I expected to pay. Moreover, they inspected it (at no additional charge), identified areas that would need attention in the future, and provided estimates for doing that future work - no pressure, no obligation, no fear-mongering.
