  Hidden costs and high part mark-up charges!! A part broke during the repair. I paid for the extra labor and replacement part, only to find they had also placed a significant mark-up on the very part they broke. Is this not wrong in principle......essentially profiting off breaking parts? Is any of this honest, genuine practice.....

  I've had my car in at Ciy Auto a few times and have always been treated excellently; Angus and team work quick and fair. They put their effort into finding the best option and communicating well, not overcharging and upselling.
