  Nick was a great salesman. Knew tons about my car. Mark did an Amazing job on my Mercedes exhaust. Wish I could rate you guys higher.

  I brought my BMW with an oil leak to budget and they charged me $2,000 -- the leak did not stop. I brought it back and they wanted more money -- so I paid and additional $500 and the leak continued. When I complained they were not sympathetic and did nothing to help me. So I left with -$2500, an oil leak in my car, and the decision to NEVER go back to Budget Brake and Muffler in Kelowna on Enterprise EVER again.

  I knew I had a problem with my muffler so I went to budget break and muffler because I expected by the name even though it had bad reviews that they would be the best place. I went in and there were friendly and nice... They checked it out and told me that I would need a brand new resonator pipe, a new muffler and all the bolts and brackets to hold it on and quoted me over $700... I told him that it was more than I expected and I would have to think about it. I went over to Auto Place and told them the problem they took a look at it and told me that in no way would I need to replace and it was only a small weld job! They quoted me around $100 and it turned out to be $80. Would not recommend Budget Brake and Muffler as they seem to lie to get you to spend more... They ended up lying themselves out of a customer...

  quoted me a stupid amount on rotors and pads to be put on. I decided that it was not worth that much money and went else where to get it done at a fraction of the price. When i decided i wanted to go else where I was treated very rudely and charged a B.S fee for them to peak at the pads. Doubt they even took off the wheels to look at the brakes.
