  Funny how this same budget kiosk continues to get the same reviews. I just dealt with the rudest agent (Jillian) I think I ever met. Her customer service skills are null and void. From the time I went up to the counter she was rude. Doesn’t say hello.. “do you have a reservation, what is your last name”. Doesn’t look at you in the eye when she speaks. She hates her job and has a huge chip on her shoulder! I go to the car and the car it is dirty. They forgot to detail it. They tried to give me another car and that one too was dirty. When Jillian went to go look at it.. she came back to the counter and laughed at me for what I thought was dirty..”haha ok it’s not dirty”. She laughed right in my face. Talking to her was an absolute night-mare. She needed to “win” the conversation. She ended the conversation by yelling at me “WE ARE NOT RENTING A CAR TO YOU, WE ARE CANCELLING YOUR RENTAL!” She stormed off and walked away. I had to walk after her to get my refund. It was like a was walking after a teenager having a temper tantrum. I can’t even imagine she is behind a countering serving customers. I would highly advise to stay away from this place. There is no customer service at all and only dirty cars available to their customers. Worst experience ever!

  All I can say is do not leave anything of value or attachment in the car, as you've got no chance of getting it back and are basically given the brush off. They took a considerable amount of time to get back to me regarding an item that I'd left in the rental car, despite calling as soon as they opened and then told me a blatant lie. There was no way that the item I was hoping to get back had just mysteriously disappeared without someone physically taking it from the car.

  Worst experience ever by rude idiots and b*tches that work there. They Cancelled my car rental I had booked online ahead of time through Expedia because I did not have a secondary phone number to give them while I'm traveling?!? So everywhere else was booked up, no buses or shuttles available so I had to pay for cab to Vernon which cost 100. one way. I called expedia and at least they gave me a credit for my cab fare. They also said they had a lot of complaints about this location and someone was going to get fired. I hope someone did because It sure messed up my whole trip not having a car rental. Rude and incompetent b*tches that work there. Not to mention them threatening to call security on me? Seriously. I also had to spend extra money by taking cabs around for my three day trip what a disaster. When you fly to other countries like Mexico they can't wait to help you out and they need to learn this concept here. I'm not there to appease them. When people get off a flight and have a reserved rental that's what they expect and have rights to.

  I have never had to say "no" to that many upgrades in my life. From the insurance to they type of tires.... I had to say "no" 5 times.

  Tried to rent a car on Christmas and got nothing but sass from the clerk. My boyfriend lost his credit card the day before and we weren't allowed to rent the available cars because I am 24. He wasn't accommodating and didn't try to help us figure out a rental because he "simply had no options for us." I ended up having to reserve a car at their other location down HWY 97. Thankfully the person there was helpful and even waived the under 24 fee since one of our drivers was 25.

  I am also in sales, and I appreciate a job well done, but after all was said and done, the friendly service took an obvious downhill turn. I never appreciate being made to feel badly when I walk away from giving someone my money.
