  With almost no notice, my husband and I showed up at Kelowna Nissan to look at pre owned vehicles. We were greeted very warmly, and instantly assisted by Brent. We had 3 vehicles lined up for test drives very quickly and away we went. Brent and his manager Mark were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable on every vehicle. The cars were in gorgeous shape, and we were able to very quickly narrow down our decision. We were treated with respect and understanding. The process to purchase was done in a flash, and we were thrilled that we could transfer insurance on site.   I just bought a used Audi Q5 and I can say the customer service at this dealership rivals the best. I am loving my new vehicle but when I received it, it was meticulously cleaned. I’d requested an auto start, new tires and a trailer hitch and these items were all taken care of for me so that when I picked up my vehicle it was the way I wanted. Would I buy another vehicle here —— a resounding Hell Yes! Thanks Randy, Ken and all the other staff that helped me with my purchase.

  Ashley took care of our financing, and she was excellent. Very friendly, and not pushy at all when we declined the extended warranty. I've been in other situations where dealers have pushed so hard to sell that warranty, even when you've declined it multiple times.

  “I've been to other Nissan dealerships in other provinces and I loved them as well. But yours is exceptional, I called that morning and they said you had express services and just to come in. I came in told it would take a half hour, there was lots of room in the waiting area ( I have a 7 month old). I was able to spread out lots of employee came and checked on us and informed us of the progress. At the end a service person came and asked if we want our car cleaned and washed complimentary if I was able to stay an extra 30 minutes. As a busy mom I was pumped by this opportunity, I immediately said yes and my rouge was spotless. My husband and his brother having very fancy trucks from other car companies and don't get even close to the service I get at Nissan. I think you guys are amazing. Thank you!!”

  Ross was our salesperson, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I did not feel pressured to purchase, and we took our time going back and forth on price. When purchasing a vehicle I prefer to deal with the total purchase price, not the monthly payment price, so it was refreshing that Ross didn't play any games on how to make the vehicle more affordable for us by stretching out payments. Instead he negotiated on the actual price of the car.
