  We weren't in the market for a new car but we received a courtesy call and we decided to go and see what they could do. So we met with Andrea and told her our wants and needs. Discussed budget and had an appraisal on our current car. Andrea listened well and if she was unsure about a question, she went and found the answer. To say I love my new car would be an understatement. All the new standard features on the 2018 Elantra are great. And I love that we were able to make some of the add on bells and whistles work within our budget. This being our second purchase of a Hyundai, I felt really welcomed there. I would recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and fun sales person.

  I just think there should be better organization or procedure in place between sales and financing to not waste the customers time. More importantly, I think its absolutely terrible to go back on a deal made with a customer because of that. Don't make a deal you can't keep

  The employees here are always polite and treat me well when I am in, but I must say I am getting frustrated with the procedures between sales and financing.

  Twice now I have gotten a call from the sales team to come in and upgrade my vehicle with a guarantee we can keep my finance payments similar due to me being a customer of many years. Of course this sounds great to me as I have been interested in upgrading, so I come down to look at what they can do for me. After looking at a vehicle I want, and working on the numbers as well as being offered 5000 cash back as an incentive, I take the deal and the car gets sent to service to get all set up for me. Finance then takes my info and the plan was to pick up the next day or so. 5 days later no one seems to know whats going on, and finally someone (who I didn't know and didn't have any answers to my questions) calls me back to say they bank wouldn't accept the loan and to try again in 6 months due to my negative equity. This is the second time, so I am a little unsure why I need to wait another 6 months... She was not able to explain.
