  If I could rate them less than a star, I absolutely would. Unbelievably not professional in dealing with customers. I’m a serious buyer and I saw their ad on auto trader about a Ford Fusion, came in today, asked a very simple questions and the responses were very unprofessional and they make you feel not welcomed. I asked the sales guy if the car was inspected, he said “you need to lower your expectations” excuse me? If a car was priced low, does that mean I have no right on asking questions? Then, I said can I take it for a test drive, he asked me if I’m a serious buyer like 5 times!!!! I sure just walked away and will never recommend them to anyone. Now I understand why private sales are way much better.

  My husband and I were looking for a 4x4 vehicle to get us through the crazy winter conditions this year, and we came to the right place! Keith Richards and sales manager Scott Barber were super helpful and amazingly good to us! We are happily leaving with a peppy little SUV! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for fantastic service and great vehicle prices.

  As already stated by my wife Jessica this company only cares about money and screwing hard working people out of their hard earned money if I could give them a minus 1 million stars I would after the blatant lies and a fake car fax report stating that the vehicle was only repaired do to a scratch to the lies that we are a second hand dealership and have to legally mark no that it's not safe to drive but don't worry the car is fine to drive and you daughter will love it for years to come to my wife trying to be the bigger person and calling to talk to Scott the manager only to have him hang up on her when faced with his lies and deceit. I AM NOW ASKING ANYONE WHO HAS FACED THE SAME ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY TO COME FORWARD AND TAKE A STAND LET'S TAKE THEM TO COURT AND MAKE THEM PAY FOR THEIR LIES!!!!!!

  Got lucky with a whole sale vehicle that drives good. Overall experience was great, they are salesman so do not expect it to be casual. Prices are good and you'll leave feeling satisfied. Thanks Michael Wu tang

  My wife and I had drove into the lot, not sure what to expect as it is not a "Fancy" dealership sorta speak. I was skeptical. But I was able to look the whole vehicle up and down without a salesman hassling me or standing over my shoulder. I asked 2 questions, got two answers! I was in and out in 1 hour, paid cash, and definitely will shop at that establishment again for years to come. It was quick, easy, and at a price tag I was willing to work with.
