  EDIT: I should mention that replacing a spoke is something I would normally do my self, however, it was a cassette side spoke, and the $30 was to use a freewheel tool, which they don't sell. Borrowing was out of the question as well. Totally uncharitable.

  Once charged me $31 dollars plus tax for fixing a single spoke. I guess you don't care if you get terrible review. Do yourself a favor and go to fresh air down the road.

  Really poor customer service. Did not listen to the issue and told us to go somewhere else. Do not recommend at all! Bad bad experience

  Wow, flew in from Key West for the ITU Worlds and broke my stem assembling my bike. panic Time! Cory greeted me and listened to my issues and got to work. 20 minutes later I was back on my bike! Knowledable staff, well, stocked and great mechanics. Look no further.

  Needed work done on bike, phoned shop ahead and guy said certainly no promises for today but bring it down. Made trip down which was quite a distance from my residence. Get down there and find out they are now booking for July 3rd therefore they wouldn't even be looking at bike for nine days. Completely misleading and a waste of my time. Obviously a lack of communication at this business. Found another bike shop who had me up and running in half an hour.

  Absolutely exceptional customer service, atmosphere and phenomenal staff!! My husband and I shopped around and visited several stores but the decision was easy to purchase our bikes from Kelowna Cycle. Molly, Scott and Matt were very helpful and made our experience outstanding!! There are several options for customers in the Kelowna area but what sets Kelowna Cycle apart are their people!!
