  First of all, extremely over priced. I felt my service was rushed and the "treatment" I paid extra for was left in my hair for not even 2 minutes. The balayage colour didn't look much different to before and 4 weeks on and my hair is dry and brittle which shouldn't happen so soon after a proper treatment is done. Over all wouldn't go back.

  Very pleased with my first interaction at Pomme. Sarah was amazing and patient in discussing my options. We settled on a game plan and she did a fabulous job. Highly recommended! Thank you Sarah!

  Everyone at this salon was super nice and welcoming so no complaints about the service! However, I was quite disappointed with the result I ended up in. It was by no means a cheap hair treatment when I went but I didn't seem to get what I asked for despite paying over $200. It was my first time asking to get a balayage and I showed a picture to Nicole to get it done. I was told that I could not get any lighter than orange and that I would have to go through a few sessions to get lighter. Feeling unsatisfied with this salon, I went to MC College where my friend is studying and paid $75. To my surprise, she did a much better job with achieving what I wanted to do with my hair in one session with zero damage. Overall, I just wanted to voice my disappointment with this service because I felt tricked. The price was just not worth what I got and I would not go again. I hope it does not happen to anyone else! (I attached before and after photos of my hair- I am currently blonde now)

  Pomme is the best salon in the West! I travel all the way from Calgary to get my hair done there. I would fly across the world to get my hair done there!! I have very thick coarse hair and lots of it so most hair dressers do not know what to do with it. Nicole at Pomme always leaves me with celeb styles that I walk away feeling wonderful! I would recommend this salon to everyone I know. They know what they are doing in there and do a wonderful job! THANK YOU POMME FOR BEING THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!
