  Jason Ackerman... The owner. first of all I have to laugh because he wrote one of the ONLY good reviews of this sad excuse for a spa. The staff turn over rate is beyond unbelievable, usually sweet girls, but for so many reasons I don't blame them all for leaving. One time I was there I literally heard him yelling and swearing and calling the poor over worked girl stupid to the point he made her cry. Another horrible time I spent there attempting to use the rest of my credit at this horrible place, I watched as an adorable elderly woman explained she discussed her purchase at his "spa" from two days prior with her doctor and because of medical reasons she would not be able to use the purchase. I listened to him explain to her that he had a zero refund policy and there is nothing he would do for her. I had heard that he was cheap but this was appalling! All in all, he is the definition of a horrible, discusting person and he is not worthy of your time, money or business. Please together we can give this guy what he deserves by taking our business else where!

  As much as I was looking forward to this treatment, I got up and left. As I walked up to the front he was on the telephone and seemed to not even notice I had stopped mid session, he just waved and said have a nice day, so I walked out the door. I felt even worse about myself than I had before I walked in. About 15 minutes after leaving i received a phone call from him yelling at me that I still owed him the 4$ tax on my Groupon.

  DO NOT GO HERE. This place is an embarrassment to groupon as well as us ladies. Save yourself the shame I experienced.

  well first of all it didnt work for me and then he offered too trade getting their pictures taken for another treatment ( I agreed since I am a photographer and needed some experience ) then he tried taking me out but I wasnt interested so he waited for me to hand over the pictures and I never heard from him again..... I just said after that he can have them for free... BUt that was just plain rude and unprofessional to me especially as a business owner himself... The spa itself was not clean and when I got their the first time he wasnt even there....

  Got hung up on because I didn't rebook a groupon session that I had missed. They don't do reminder calls like literally every other spa does. Great customer service... not.

  If you wanna feel judged, exploited, and worse about yourself, come get your stomach measured by the owner, Jason I think his name is. All I could smell was marijuana walking through the front door, as he greeted me across the desk I could smell alcohol which I assumed from his breathe. He handed me a clip board with paperwork to sign. When I asked him what circumference reduction was, he responded by saying, "exactly what you need" I felt very ashamed. Once I finished I expected to be greeted by a laser professional, but nope he proceeded to take me back into a dingy room, as I followed him it became very clear where the drug stench was coming from. Without explaining ANYTHING to me, he sat down in a chair (having his face at the level of my belly button) and requested I pull up my shirt. I felt uncomfortable and said do you not have a female I can work with? He responded relating himself to a doctor and shaming me saying he sees lots of big people like me. at first I didn't even understand why he wanted me to pull up my shirt, then I realized it was to take measurements. I very insecurely declined. Next he had me lye down on an uncomfortable bed, I couldn't help but notice the Cobb webs on the ceilings. Without any notice he roughly pulled up my shirt (may I remind you I just declined him doing this) and started rubbing a oily liquid on saying it would help to take away the cellulite and explained that it would be an additional $10 on my session. I did not even have a chance to say no, and I certainly did not feel comfortable with him touching me, rubbing my stomach. He had a discusted look on his face the whole time looking at my abdomen area. He then strapped paddles onto my stomach and left the room. I had no idea if my Lipo laser session had started or what I was supposed to be doing. He left me in the room for 35 minutes unattended which at the point he came back I realized my session was supposed to be 20 minutes but he had gotten "busy" at the front so I had lied there for an additional 15 minutes for nothing. He moved the paddles around then then left me again.
