    This location took out an erroneous PAD mortgage payment on a closed account. With no apology she said I have to dispute the payment or wait 30 days to get a refund. Now I have to go to my bank and wait 72 hours for my refund. Not sure what upsets me more, being stranded out of town because of their error or their nonchalant attitude, "You have two options, wait 3 days or 30 days".

    Huge staff turn around, The front girls are ok in the customer service area the the financial advisors in the back are horrible. It has become so bad that we have paid the penalty to pull our mortgage early and close our accounts.
