  We had dealt with the previous manager and staff for years. Their level of personal service was so far above and beyond as to be unbelievable. By way of numerous examples: we don't live near Kelowna, but Dave opened on Canada Day just so we could pick up frames as we were passing through....on another year he did the same for us on a Sunday; Dave managed many times to add frames at the last minute and still get the shipment out as scheduled; Dave had a frame made and shipped to us at a show we were at because the customer did not like the frame the painting was in. From our point of view, the recent change is a big mistake.

  Stellar service from Icon. I had an artwork that got damaged in transit and needed to replace the exact frame to match the others in my show. They found the frame and had it ready ASAP. 5 stars!

  The staff and owners are going through a renovation and my orders were still on time with regular follow-ups to me. Great customer service.
