  Poor communication, errors on year end adjustments (twice), failed to make sure taxes were processed by CRA. Also, when they make mistakes on your account and you call or email them on it, you will be charged for the emails and calls on their mistakes so just be prepared.

  I wandered into Thalheimer & Company sometime back in 1989 with Revenue Canada hot on my ass! Freshly divorced, business in trouble and sharing a bank account with the Feds. As I chugged my way up the stairs in the darkened hallway I thought, this is not going to help me one bit. When I got to the door and opened it there was no-one there so I thought I`d better leave. As I turned to go I heard `Hello`from a back office somewhere, so I answered hello, and out came this older guy, white shirt, pen in hand and glasses down his nose, can i help you, I said, probably not but if it`s free to talk to you I`ll give it a shot.

  Long story short, Henry Thalheimer & Company has been a part of my life ever since, I haven`t rec`d a brown envelope, a govt phone call or an audit ever since. Henry is now retired but his offspring and other henchmen have been looking after me ever since. Great bunch of people there, if you want direct answers and quick action give them a call. They have been around a long time and are not going anywhere soon. I switched Provinces but still use them faithfully. Life without Govt is a good thing!
